  Job Description:
My client seeks an HR Representative with a creative mindset, a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, and a solid foundation of HR and cleared recruiting knowledge. Working with hiring managers, this individual will participate in requirements gathering, writing job advertisements, developing recruiting strategies, conducting phone screens and interviews, performing reference checks, and negotiating terms of employment. Other aspects of the position include enacting retention strategies, brainstorming new internal HR processes, fostering outside vendor and agency relationships and tracking recruiting metrics data.

  Qualifications:
Qualified candidates have previous recruiting experience in recruiting technical people (Java, RDBMS, C++, ERP, Data Warehousing, Software Development and etc...), outstanding oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effortlessly establish rapport with others. Candidates should have a Bachelors degree, two years of professional HR and recruiting experience.
